About The Project

Some of the core project requirements for this prototype included offering an easy-to-use platform for dessert lovers, and parsing the system into relevant categories for easy navigation and product selection. We also designed the system to include an article generator and control, as well as the ability to broadcast content across Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest feeds automatically.

Challenges

This project's key challenge was designing an interface that facilitating both online fulfillment as well as in-store transactions, and moreover, providing the ability for in-store transactions to interface with the web-based application to better control inventory, order fulfillment, and the replenishment of desserts for logistics.

Solution

To ensure a seamless dessert ordering experience for both dessert enthusiasts and dessert makers, we incorporated a user-friendly interface catering to the unique needs and preferences of both personas, providing easy navigation and access to important information such as dessert details, pricing, and delivery options. We developed robust analytics to provide valuable insights into dessert trends and patterns, enabling users to make more informed decisions. Finally, we incorporated accurate and reliable search functionality to help users find and navigate to their desired dessert screen, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. By addressing these challenges, we created an application that provides a comprehensive platform for dessert lovers and makers to order, manage, and track their dessert orders with ease.

Key Features

• Order Management: Our tablet application allows customers to place and manage orders for handcrafted sweets, desserts, and baked goods. Customers can view menus, place orders, and track their delivery status from one location.
• Customization: Jojo's Desserts tablet application enables clients to customize their orders according to their preferences, dietary restrictions, and event event themes. Customers can choose from a wide range of ingredients, toppings, and decorations to create their perfect dessert order.
• Loyalty Program: Our tablet application was designed to include a loyalty program that rewards customers for their repeat business. Customers can earn points for every purchase, which can be redeemed for discounts on future orders.
• Feedback and Reviews: Jojo's Desserts tablet application includes a feedback and review system allowing customers to rate their experience and provide feedback.
